- 8 radishes, finely chopped
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 3 spoonfuls chopped cilantro leaves
- 3 to 4 habanero peppers, seeded, deveined, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sour orange juice or 1/4 cup sweet orange juice + 1/4 cup lemon juice or white vinegar*
- salt to taste
Mix all ingredients. Serve in a glass or clay bowl.
NOTE: Substitute the sour orange juice for a mixture of lemon and regular orange juice
